We operate a Financial Wellness Division that helps individuals understand their financial position, identify reporting inconsistencies, and learn how to move toward stronger financial outcomes. Our team specializes in compliance-driven intake, education, and client support. We are expanding and seeking a Client Success Coordinator to assist with client onboarding and financial wellness screenings.

Position Overview:
The Client Success Coordinator guides clients through our intake process. You will review basic financial information, help clients understand their consumer rights, and prepare summaries for senior advisors. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, and can follow structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial wellness screenings using our intake system
• Review credit-related documents for accuracy and completeness
• Identify potential reporting inconsistencies and escalate to senior advisors
• Educate clients on consumer protection laws and financial best practices
• Maintain organized documentation and compliance standards
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the intake process

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable discussing financial topics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured workflows
• Coachable, professional, and consistent
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines

Training & Support:
Training is provided. No prior financial experience required.
Scripts, workflows, and compliance guidance included.

Compensation (1099 Contractor)

This role is performance-based. Coordinators earn $50–$100 per completed client intake, depending on accuracy and volume. Payments are issued after each verified case file.

Projected earnings based on typical coordinator output:

• Hourly: $18 – $32 (performance-based)
• Monthly: $1,200 – $4,800
• Annual: $18,000 – $57,000 (uncapped potential)

Earnings vary based on the number of completed client intakes.
