Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and assist with product features.
• Troubleshoot and report product issues and technical problems.
• Maintain internal records of customer issues and resolutions.
• Share customer feedback, feature requests, and workarounds with internal teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Handle complex issues through investigation, resolution, escalation, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support / Technical Support.
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a UAE National / Emirati.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
