Client Success Executive (Work From Home)

100% work from home, for a Dubai-based wellness and consulting practice. This is a long-term role, not a project.

IMPORTANT: THIS ROLE IS MOSTLY TALKING TO PEOPLE. You will be on calls with clients every day, by phone and by video. If you are looking for an email-only or chat-only job, this is not the right position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Speak to clients on calls - answering their questions, understanding what they need, and guiding them to the right service.

Book, confirm and reschedule appointments, and send reminders so that nobody misses a session.

Call through our client database - following up with past clients, checking in, and re-engaging people who have gone quiet.

Nurture enquiries that are not ready yet - staying in touch by WhatsApp, email and phone until they are.

Present our services online - running short video calls and small group sessions to explain what we offer.

Send payment links, follow up on pending payments, and confirm receipts.

Keep every client record accurate and current in our system (ClickUp).

Reply to client messages on WhatsApp and email within 24 hours.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1+ year in client servicing, customer success, inside sales, counselling, front office or telecalling.

Excellent spoken English. You will be on calls with clients all day, and they must find you easy to understand and warm to talk to.

Clear, correct written English for WhatsApp and email.

Comfortable on camera for video calls and online presentations.

Comfortable calling people who have not asked to be called, without sounding like a call centre.

Own laptop, stable broadband, a power backup plan, and a quiet room where a client call will not be interrupted.

Someone who wants to stay in one role for years, not months.

TIMINGS

Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST. Sunday off.

Saturday is a full working day. It is our team day, when we sit together and review the week's work, and it matters most in your first months while you learn our systems. Our clients also message on Saturday afternoons, and those messages must be answered.

SALARY AND GROWTH

Rs 18,000 per month for a 3-month probation. Rs 22,000 per month on confirmation. Rs 26,000 per month after one year. Confirmed in writing.

Incentives are paid on top of salary, based on appointments booked and confirmed, and on clients re-engaged from the database. The slabs are shared in writing when you join.

In addition, a retention bonus is paid to you across your first three years, on top of your salary.

You also receive 12 paid leave days a year after probation, and 10 paid public holidays.

Work Location: Remote
