Role Description The Client Success Intern role is an internship position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. In this role, the intern will support the client success team in managing day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, and helping ensure a positive experience on the Wegrow platform. Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding new clients and supporting the resolution of client issues in coordination with internal teams. The intern will help monitor client usage and engagement, prepare basic reports or summaries, and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction. This role offers hands-on experience in client success operations within a growing digital platform environment.
