Client Success Manager / 客户成功经理

该职位来源于猎聘 Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to support the successful delivery of market research projects across Greater China.

The role will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating stakeholders, managing client expectations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple research programs. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial, operations, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities： Project Management & Delivery：

• Manage end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate internal teams including sampling, programming, fieldwork, data processing, and reporting.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to client expectations.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Client Service & Stakeholder Management：
• Act as a key contact point for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Provide proactive communication on project status, timelines, and potential risks.
• Support client issue resolution and escalation management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Research Consultation & Solution Design (the most important factor)：
• Support proposal development, feasibility assessments, and project planning.
• Contribute to research design discussions and operational recommendations.
• Advise clients on methodology, sampling approach, and project execution considerations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver practical and scalable research solutions. Team Collaboration & Resource Management：
• Work closely with local and regional teams to support project delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional and cross-market teams.
• Support knowledge sharing and best practice adoption within the organization.
• Assist in mentoring and coaching junior team members. Quality & Operational Excellence：
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and research best practices.
• Monitor project quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and delivery efficiency improvements.
• Support implementation of new tools, systems, and operational procedures. ________________________________________ Experience & Qualifications Required：
• 5+ years of experience in market research, project management, or client service.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Proven experience managing complex research projects.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Chinese. Preferred
• Experience working with multinational clients and multi-country studies.
• Experience within online research, panel, sampling, or data collection businesses.
