Royer Neuroscience helps clients achieve their goals in life through brain training and balancing their autonomic nervous system. We're adding a part-time Client Coach to our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a people-focused professional to guide clients toward their goals, keep them accountable, and deliver a consistent, high-touch experience from onboarding through ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do

• Support new clients through the onboarding process

• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions

• Follow up on action items and track progress against individual goals

• Help clients stay accountable, motivated, and on course

• Communicate promptly and professionally by email and messaging

• Document session notes and outcomes

• Collaborate with the team so each client receives tailored, thoughtful support

What We're Looking For

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, client success, or a related field

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust quickly with a diverse range of clients

• Organized, empathetic, and comfortable working independently

• Background in business, wellness, education, or personal development is a plus

Schedule & Communication

Hours are flexible. Client messages can be handled in scheduled blocks during the workday, with prompt responses expected during business hours. Occasional responses outside business hours or on weekends may be needed as the role develops; that time is logged and counts toward your hours.

Compensation

• Starting at $25/hour, paid monthly based on logged hours

• Room to grow based on performance and expanded responsibilities
