Client Success Manager

AND Creative Agency is a UK marketing agency running ads, funnels and creative for e-commerce and service brands in the UK and UAE. We're growing, and I'm hiring our first Client Success Manager to take every client conversation off my plate.

This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone based in South Africa, working UK hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time).

What you'll do

• Be the main point of contact for 15 to 20 UK and UAE brands
• Run client WhatsApp groups and inboxes, and reply quickly
• Turn client requests into clear tasks for our Head of Paid Media and our designer, then check the work and send it back
• Run onboarding calls, monthly report calls and regular check-ins
• Spot unhappy clients early and keep relationships strong

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a client-facing role (account management, client success or client services), ideally at an agency
• Clear, warm written English and confidence on video calls
• Organised and quick to reply. You make sure nothing gets dropped
• Reliable backup power and internet
• You don't need to run ads or design anything

What you get

• R23,000 to R30,000 per month (contractor role)
• Retention bonus, to be discussed
• Fully remote, small team, working directly with the founder from day one
