Client Success Manager

The purpose of this position is to lead the day-to-day client relationship for a major, fast-paced, digital-first account, acting as the key link between the client and multidisciplinary agency teams across Creative, Digital, Strategy, Production and Project Management. The role focuses on client relationship management, campaign oversight, team coordination, managing expectations, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of agency experience, with significant senior-level Account Management or Client Services experience managing large, complex accounts and integrated/digital campaigns. Strong commercial awareness, scope management, communication, stakeholder management, organisation and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. The candidate should be a natural orchestrator who can connect teams, manage complexity and keep clients and stakeholders aligned. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
