Client Success Manager Intern

About the Internship

We are looking for a Client Success Manager Intern to join our Delhi team. This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in digital marketing, client servicing, account management, and working in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will get hands-on exposure to client communication, project coordination, campaign execution, and working with multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client communication and day-to-day coordination.
• Support the team in understanding client requirements and preparing briefs.
• Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, and Development teams.
• Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
• Participate in client calls and internal project discussions.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Help monitor campaign and project performance.
• Support client retention and relationship-building activities.
• Assist with identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, communication, and workflow efficiency.
