What they need
Step into a role where each day brings new conversations, creative problem‑solving, and meaningful client impact.
At Oliver Inc., you’ll join a legacy brand in print and packaging—more than 250 years strong—powered by multiple production facilities, modern technology, and a deep commitment to sustainability. We move with speed, consistency, and agility to be our customers’ one‑stop partner, and we live our values: passion for the craft, respect for people, and a drive to build our clients’ brands with smart, creative solutions.
A day in this role
You begin by reviewing your client portfolio in the CRM, confirming proofs that landed overnight, and syncing with production so specs are airtight. Mid‑day, you host a plant tour that showcases our capabilities and align on delivery dates. In the afternoon, you present samples, capture approvals, and troubleshoot a workflow question with Sales—keeping information flowing across departments so every job enters production exactly as promised.

- Own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring orders, samples, estimates, and job specifications are communicated clearly—internally and externally.
- Shepherd information across teams so customer requirements are precisely captured and ready for production.
- Maintain CRM contacts, record interactions, monitor customer workflows, and partner with Sales to strategize and resolve issues.
- Present proofs, secure approvals, supply samples, and confirm mutually agreed delivery dates.
- Shape exceptional onsite experiences—run strategy sessions, lead capability tours, and conduct offsite client visits.
- Audit and update open sales orders, finished goods inventory, and unbilled orders to support accurate billing.
What you bring
- 4–5 years in customer service, sales, or a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency with Windows, Word, Excel, and enterprise platforms (ERP and CRM).
- Calm, sound judgment while juggling priorities in a fast‑moving, high‑volume setting.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Willingness for occasional overnight travel as needed.
