Client Success Officer

Our client is a Training & Consulting company specializing in corporate learning, leadership development, and customized training solutions,

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and potential upselling or additional training opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Design and develop learning experiences, training materials, and value-added solutions based on client requirements.
• Manage overall training delivery to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Source, select, negotiate with, and manage qualified trainers and coaches.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement and future business.
• Coordinate training schedules and act as the primary liaison between clients, trainers, and internal teams.
• Manage overall training delivery to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Monitor and evaluate trainer performance while ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with company requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Approximately 0–2+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Sales, Training Coordination, or a related field.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Experience in the training, consulting, Learning & Development, or service industry would be an advantage.

Benefits:

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hybrid Working: Work from the office 2 days per week.
