What they need
Company Description
At WIN, we believe everyone deserves expert, compassionate support through every stage of family life. From preconception and fertility to pregnancy, parenting, menopause, caregiving, and beyond, we’re transforming how people access care during life’s most meaningful moments.
For nearly 30 years, we’ve partnered with employers, health plans, and providers to improve outcomes, lower healthcare costs, and support more than 900,000 families around the world.
We're investing in our products, our people, and the future of well-being—and we're looking for teammates who are excited to help shape what's next.
SUMMARY
WIN is seeking a Client Success Partner (CSP) to own a portfolio of employer relationships, serving as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted advisor to benefits teams. As an individual contributor, the CSP is accountable for maintaining healthy client relationships, retaining business, and identifying opportunities to expand WIN's services.
This role blends proactive client stewardship with hands-on problem-solving: coordinating needs across WIN, addressing issues through resolution, monitoring client health and performance, and demonstrating WIN's value through regular business reviews. The right person takes ownership, operates comfortably in a fast-moving environment, and brings a consultative, commercially minded approach to every client.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success in this role is measured by three outcomes across the assigned portfolio:
- Retain clients. Deliver strong client retention and successful renewals by identifying risks early, resolving issues, and executing recovery plans for at-risk accounts.
- Maintain healthy, engaged clients. Build satisfied, trusting employer relationships; demonstrate measurable clinical, service, and financial value; and improve engagement and client health.
- Grow existing relationships. Consistently identify, qualify, and advance relevant upsell opportunities that meet client needs and contribute to account growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 4 years of experience owning client accounts in healthcare, employee benefits, healthcare point solutions, or a related complex service environment.
- Working knowledge of health benefits fundamentals, including deductibles, coinsurance, and fully insured versus self-insured plans; fertility experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Experience with client performance reporting, contractual service commitments, renewals, and/or account expansion is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is preferred.
