Your New Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Support Officer to join an established software business in a 100% remote, work from home role.

You'll provide day-to-day customer support, user assistance, online training and administration, helping clients get the most out of the company's software platform. This is a great opportunity for someone from customer service, client support, help desk or administration who enjoys problem solving, building relationships and working independently.

• $80,000 - $95,000 + super
• Flexible start and finish times
• Monday to Friday role
• No commute or office attendance required

• Varied role across client support, online training and administration

Your Responsibilities

• Providing timely and effective client and customer support
• Responding to user queries and providing clear solutions
• Delivering and assisting with online client training
• Supporting clients with the use of the software platform
• Maintaining and improving customer support resources
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams

About You

• Experience in customer service, client support, technical support, administration or help desk support
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience working with accountants or accounting professionals, or a qualification in accounting, will be highly regarded but is not essential
