Client Support Agent

Refine Legacy is seeking a Client Support Agent to represent Leafguard's gutter protection and own the full enrollment journey in Charlotte. The Client Support Agent engages with clients in person, explains how exterior protection prevents water damage and safeguards foundations, and manages the sales process to ensure effortless enrollment.

As a Client Support Agent, you will highlight LeafGuard’s role in protecting homes from costly water damage, foundation issues, and clogged gutters. Through in-person sales conversations and enrollment guidance, the Client Support Agent helps our clients understand how LeafGuard provides permanent peace of mind.

Role Responsibilities of the Client Support Agent

• Conduct in-person sales consultations to explain how exterior home protection programs prevent water damage and foundation deterioration.
• Enroll clients in seamless gutter maintenance plans in person for clog-free performance.
• Process enrollment in person, detailing foundation protection coverage and water damage prevention benefits.
• Drive sales by answering ladder-safety questions and explaining the elimination of risky gutter cleaning.
• Explain the advantages of LeadGuard in person to prevent costly structural damage.
• Close sales by enrolling customers in maintenance-free home protection plans.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
