Client Support & Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Customer Support, Lead Generation & Project Coordination Executive to manage client communication, generate new leads, and coordinate IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, email, and other online platforms.
• Research potential clients and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Send personalized outreach messages, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Handle client queries and maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/project teams.
• Track project progress, deadlines, client feedback, and pending tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project updates between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain lead, client, and project information in CRM/Google Sheets or project management tools.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Upwork, and online lead-generation methods.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/software development services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Previous experience in lead generation, customer support, business development, or project coordination is an advantage.

Salary: ₹[12000- 30000] + Incentives(based on performance and target acheived )

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
