Client Support & Sales Representative

Hennessey Agency, LLC is looking for a dynamic person to join our team. We are a unique Insurance Agency and are looking for the right person to grow with us. This is an in-person full time position. There is not an option for remote work. Insurance license is required within 90 days of employment if candidate does not currently hold a Property & Casualty license.

Client Support & Sales Representative Job Description

As a Client Support & Sales Representative, you will help support Hennessey Agency, LLC retain clients.

You will do so by:

• Answering incoming calls within 2 rings
• Assisting clients to enroll in their Farmers.com account, Signal, paperless billing, and EFT/automatic monthly payments
• Assisting clients with bill payments via phone and in person in the office
• Assisting walk-in clients needing service
• Answering basic questions for clients and transferring client to Licensed Agent when necessary
• Scheduling Annual Reviews with clients when requested by client
• Providing excellent customer service to policyholders
• Creating your own daily schedule, emailing, and corresponding with customers
• Calling current clients to offer a Holistic Insurance & Financial Review

As a Client Support Specialist, you will also support the Hennessey Agency, LLC grow with new clients:

• Connect with current clients to offer additional products & services.
• Assisting with incoming quotes from new and existing clients.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will also support the Hennessey Agency, LLC with general office tasks.

You will do so by:

• Maintaining a clean and functional work environment
• Make sure trash/recycling has been taken out at the end of the week.
• Make sure public areas are kept clean
• Set up coffee for the next day
• Alert Agency Owner or Office Manager when office supplies are low (such as paper, ink, stamps, coffee, beverages)
• Adheres to the Agency’s Mission, Vision, Values

Skills/Requirements

The qualified candidate will have:

• Sales and/or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude
• Self-motivation and goal-orientation
• Desire to continually learn new products and services
• Desire to be active in the community
• Intermediate computer skills
• Pass Farmers licensing background check

Pay & Promotion

• This position is $17- $20 per hour base pay DOE.
• Property & Casualty License required within 90 days of employment.
• This position is 30-40 hours per week.
• After 1 year of success in position, a 4 day work week may be available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
