• Introduce clients personally to Frontier internet and TV solutions by creating informative, relationship-driven sales experiences that build confidence and trust.
• Assess each client's usage, entertainment preferences, and internet usage to recommend personalized service packages.
• Present Frontier service options, promotional offers, and package benefits through engaging sales discussions that simplify purchasing decisions.
• Assist clients with account setup, service enrollments, and package selections, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Foster client loyalty by providing knowledgeable guidance, timely follow-up, and solution-oriented sales support throughout the enrollment journey.
• Drive sales performance by combining exceptional client service with thoughtful, solution-based recommendations.
