Client Support Associate

We’re hiring a full-time Client Support Associate to join our growing Bay Area team. This is an in-person customer service and sales position for someone who enjoys working with customers, building client relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in client support, customer service, customer sales, marketing, and business development.

As a Client Support Associate, you’ll connect directly with customers at community events and promotional locations, introduce wireless products and services, answer customer questions, and help interested customers find options that fit their needs. You’ll support each customer throughout the sales and enrollment process while representing current wireless marketing campaigns.

Client Support Associate Responsibilities

• Connect directly with customers and provide professional client and customer support
• Build positive customer relationships through friendly, personalized service
• Introduce wireless products, services, pricing, promotions, and current offers
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and current services
• Explain product features and service options clearly and confidently
• Recommend wireless solutions based on individual customer needs
• Turn customer interest into sales opportunities through product education and consultative sales
• Assist interested customers with new service enrollments, account setup, and activations
• Answer customer questions throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow up with interested customers
• Maintain accurate client information, customer records, enrollment details, and daily sales activity

The Client Support Associate position provides hands-on experience in client support, client relations, customer service, customer support, customer sales, sales, customer acquisition, customer engagement, marketing, account enrollment, account management, and business development.

Previous experience in customer service, customer support, client services, retail sales, customer sales, hospitality, restaurants, marketing, promotions, telecommunications, account management, or other customer-facing positions is helpful but not required

Pay: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
