Job summary

Finda Logistics Services Ltd is seeking proactive and digitally comfortable individuals to support logistics operations, client communication, documentation and business activities. Training will be provided for suitable candidates who demonstrate good communication, initiative and willingness to learn.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support daily logistics and operational activities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, riders, drivers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Respond professionally to client enquiries and requests.
• Assist with tracking and monitoring logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate records, documents and operational information.
• Use computers, smartphones and digital platforms to perform assigned tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups and coordination.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for management.
• Support customer relationship and service activities.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Assist with other business and administrative activities as required.
• Learn and use digital tools that improve productivity and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Reliable, responsible, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, administration, operations or sales is an advantage but not compulsory.
