POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Client Support Associate to become part of our logistics team. This role focuses on maintaining good communication with clients and helping them stay informed throughout the shipment process.

The successful candidate will work with different teams within the company to coordinate requests, monitor ongoing shipments, and make sure client concerns are properly endorsed and followed through.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK

• Serve as one of the contact persons for clients regarding their shipment and service concerns.
• Receive and respond to questions through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Relay relevant shipment information and operational updates to customers.
• Coordinate client requests with the appropriate internal team.
• Keep track of shipments and raise concerns when there are changes, delays, or issues.
• Follow up with Operations, trucking providers, warehouses, carriers, and other concerned parties.
• Assist in coordinating delivery schedules and other client requirements.
• Check the status of pending documents and coordinate with concerned parties when needed.
• Record important customer requests, updates, and transaction details.
• Help resolve service concerns by coordinating with the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties related to client support and logistics operations.

WHO CAN APPLY

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Customs Administration, or a related course.
• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with limited work experience.
• Previous exposure to customer service, logistics, shipping, transportation, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and different departments.
• Able to express ideas clearly through written and verbal communication.
• Can properly organize information and keep track of multiple requests.
• Has good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Familiar with common office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to learn and adapt to logistics processes.
• Can work effectively in a team and handle tasks within set timelines.
