The Role
Assist customers with a broad range of needs, including inquiries about account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
Provide education and resources to help customers achieve their financial goals.
Engage with customers via voice and digital channels to deliver outstanding service.
Develop skills and gain experience in the financial services industry.
What You'll Need
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong communication, listening, professionalism, and empathy skills.
Ability to adapt to various work environments and troubleshoot basic technology issues.
High School diploma or GED required.
