Client Support Associate ( Onsite)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to client inquiries via email tickets and phone calls
• Support clients with product features and system functionality
• Troubleshoot basic system or functionality issues
• Coordinate support services such as training, data migration, and system reconfiguration
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
• Maintain service quality and follow defined processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns

We Expect You to Have:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer or technical support roles
• Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred
• Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools (Zendesk is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze problems and provide quick, effective solutions
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including Pacific Time-based schedules
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Usage of GenAI will add an additional advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Audit
• Proficiency in MS Excel fundamentals
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn
