Client Support Associate (Veterinary Services)

Overview
The Customer Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each Customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR plays a key role in how the hospital operates and is responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls, addressing client questions, concerns and appointment requests efficiently.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Processing payments and providing clients with a clear explanation of costs.
• Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure smooth communication between clients and medical team.
• Handling and resolving client concerns or complaints with tact and empathy, maintaining a high level of service.

Skills

• Previous experience in a client service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff.
• Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A compassionate attitude toward patients and their owners.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including an occaisional Saturday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.27 - $23.45 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
