Client Support Coordinator

• Respond to customer or client questions through approved phone, email, chat, or digital channels.
• Document each interaction, current status, commitments, and the next required action in the appropriate system.
• Resolve routine requests within documented authority and escalate exceptions with complete context.
• Confirm information before communicating it and avoid presenting unverified details as final.
• Follow open requests through resolution so the customer receives a clear answer, owner, or next step.
