Client Support Coordinator

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focussed Client Support Coordinator to join our Support Team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our hospital clients, attending support calls, resolving basic queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls from hospital clients across India and GCC regarding software queries and issues
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution updates
• Understand customer queries accurately and provide first-level support or appropriate guidance
• Log and update customer queries/tickets in the support system with accurate details
• Coordinate with technical/support teams for queries that require escalation
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Maintain call records, daily reports, and query trackers as required
• Work in rotational shifts to accommodate both India and GCC time zones

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Degree (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, ticketing tools)
• Pleasant and patient telephone manner
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including GCC-aligned hours
• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude
• Prior experience in a telecalling/customer support role is an advantage but not mandatory
