Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, ensuring clarity and resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to address client needs and provide updates.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to management for process enhancements.
• Assist in preparing client reports and documentation as needed.
• Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating necessary information and resources.
• Stay informed about PACC Foods Inc products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 years of experience in client support, customer service, or account coordination roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with team members.
• Familiarity with the food industry or supply chain processes is a plus but not required.
