• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic technical support knowledge.
• Documentation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi (preferred).
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails.
• Provide timely and accurate technical support.
• Understand client issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Maintain records and follow support procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction.

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
