Client Support Executive

Our client, a growing wealth management and corporate benefits firm, is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Client Support Executive to join their growing client support team. Working closely with consultants, insurers, and clients, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day administration, ensuring an efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for client enquiries, providing timely and professional support
• Produce annual scheme reports and maintain accurate records
• Support claims, underwriting, and policy administration by liaising with insurers and relevant stakeholders
• Process scheme amendments, including new joiners, leavers, and other mid-term changes
• Monitor outstanding premiums and assist with payment follow-up where required
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and within agreed timescales
• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems

About You

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in an administration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of accuracy when working with data
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Awareness of customer-focused and regulatory best practice

Desirable Experience:

• Experience within financial services, insurance, or employee benefits
• Knowledge of Group Risk or Healthcare products
• Understanding of workplace pensions administration
• Professional qualifications, or working towards an industry-recognised qualification
