Client Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong customer engagement and convincing abilities
• Ability to clearly explain loyalty programs, benefits, and processes
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to generate referrals through customer conversations
• Target of 50+ connected calls per day
• Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate of any stream

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in premium customer service, telecalling.

Location : BKC, Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
