About the Role

We are looking for a Client Support Executive with strong English communication skills to manage client queries, maintain good client relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
• Handle client queries, requests, and follow-ups professionally.
• Provide timely updates and ensure client concerns are addressed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain client records and communication updates.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional attitude with a client-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.
• Willingness to work night shifts from the office.
