Client Support Executive - Voice and Chat

Location: Bangalore (Remote - Work From Home Position)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a client-focused and professional Client Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for individuals exploring immigration and study pathways to Canada.

This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in client support (voice and chat). The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing client inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and supporting application processes within a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and website inquiries
• Provide basic information regarding immigration and education services
• Manage and update leads within the CRM system
• Follow up with inquiries and work toward converting leads into clients
• Enroll eligible students into academic programs through partner platforms
• Collect and organize documentation from clients
• Escalate complex cases to immigration consultants or case managers
• Maintain accurate records of all communication within CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
• Sort the case documents and update the checklist

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client support (voice and chat)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi and English
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with Toronto business hours

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
