Client Support Representative

A great experience starts with the person someone meets first. III Telecom Solutions is hiring a full-time Client Support Representative in Temecula for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and developing professional sales skills.

As a Client Support Representative, you'll work directly with people, answer questions, explain AT&T wireless products and promotions, and help guide each interaction from the first conversation through enrollment. Every Client Support Representative receives hands-on coaching while building confidence, communication skills, and real-world sales experience.

What You'll Do as a Client Support Representative

• Welcome people with a friendly, professional approach and create a positive first impression.
• Explain AT&T wireless products, current promotions, and available options in a simple, approachable way.
• Learn what matters most to each person and make thoughtful sales recommendations.
• Guide interested individuals through the sales and enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and consultative sales conversations.
• Continue developing communication and professional sales skills as a Client Support Representative through ongoing coaching.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment.
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Interested in growing as a Client Support Representative while building long-term sales experience.
