Tucker Insurance Group is expanding our Tampa team and looking for personable, motivated individuals to join us as Client Support Representatives in Health Insurance Sales.

This entry-level position combines client support, relationship building, and health insurance sales. You'll communicate directly with prospective clients, learn about their health coverage needs, explain available insurance options, and provide support throughout the enrollment process.

We provide paid training to help you develop the insurance knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Communicate directly with prospective health insurance clients
• Learn about individual health coverage needs
• Explain available health insurance products and options
• Answer client questions clearly and professionally
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Provide consistent communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate client information
• Build positive, professional client relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
