Client Support Representative

• Exhibit a positive and welcoming attitude to co-workers and clients
• Take inbound calls
• Research issues
• Train clients on operating software
• Train team members
• Other tasks as assigned

Preferred Requirements

• 1+ years Credit Union or Banking experience
• Strong background in customer service
