Client Support Representative

Overview

NextPlay Recruitment is adding a Client Support Representative to our own team. This is an internal, full-time remote position. You are the day-to-day contact for the businesses we recruit for, making sure their questions get answered and their open searches keep moving.

Our clients count on quick, accurate answers. You give them updates, track down what they need from our recruiters, and follow each request until it is closed.

What You'll Do

• Answer client questions by phone and email and reply the same business day
• Share updates on open searches, interview schedules, and candidate status
• Take in new hiring requests and gather the details recruiters need to start
• Keep client records, notes, and next steps current in our systems
• Coordinate with recruiters to resolve issues and confirm the outcome with the client
• Notice recurring questions and suggest ways to serve clients better

What We're Looking For

• Experience in client support, account coordination, or customer service
• Polished, professional communication in writing and on the phone
• Careful attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Ease working across email, calendars, spreadsheets, and new software
• A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
