Client Support Representatives

• Coordinate, refreshers, and process trainings for medical billing teams
• Manage training schedules, attendance, and communication with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in tracking sheets and generate reports
• Ensure 100% completion of mandatory trainings (HIPAA, policies, compliance)
• Support content updates in collaboration with SMEs (SOPs, process guides)
• Assist in audits by maintaining training documentation
• Track training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
• Coordinate, document, and facilitate all types of assessments, including pre-training and post-training evaluations, surveys, and promotion-related assessments
• Collaborate closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs and alignment across functions
