Client Support Specialis

Role Description The Client Support Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for assisting clients with inquiries related to real estate services, properties, and transactions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client messages and calls, providing accurate information, resolving basic service issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members. The role involves documenting interactions, updating client records, and following up to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience. The Client Support Specialist collaborates with internal teams to coordinate information, clarify client needs, and support ongoing relationships, while maintaining a professional and courteous tone in all communications.

• Proficiency with common office and communication software tools.
• Prior experience in client support, call center, or service-oriented roles is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English is beneficial.
