Client Support Specialis

Role Description The Client Support Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing responsive and courteous support to clients across various communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and documenting interactions in a clear and organized manner. The role involves following up on open requests, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, and ensuring that clients receive accurate information about services and project status. The Client Support Specialist will monitor client feedback, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and contribute to building long-term client relationships. This position requires consistent availability during agreed-upon hours and adherence to company policies and service standards.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on timely issue resolution.
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience through empathetic support and clear, solution-oriented responses.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when documenting client interactions.
• Comfort working remotely with basic proficiency in email, messaging tools, and customer support software.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
• Prior experience in a support, helpdesk, or client-facing role is preferred; familiarity with construction or contracting services is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
