Client Support Specialist - Billing background essential

Our highly regarded client, located in stunning Auckland CBD offices, are looking to appoint a Client Support Specialist for their busy Corporate law team. The role will report to the Head of Finance. Your background will include working in a law firm or professional services environment as a legal secretary or within the finance team handling billing and client reporting. You will work alongside high value corporate clients, so it is imperative you present as professional and confident, with strong client relationship management and reporting skills.

The role:

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for client related transactional and administrative tasks / functions. This includes, but is not limited to, managing and executing billing for the firm, the collection of debts and client reporting.  This will provide you with the opportunity to build knowledge of the firm's clients and you will work across a defined practice group.
