About the Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. You will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction by managing order lifecycles and providing expert product guidance through our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate entry into our ERP system.
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering empathetic, high-quality support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to resolve complex inquiries and improve overall service delivery.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty by proactively identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to assist with order preparation and inventory management.
• Maintain physical readiness to handle materials up to 75 lbs, ensuring operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proven experience utilizing ERP software for order management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize high-priority requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.
• Valid experience operating a forklift.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience within the construction, building materials, or home improvement industries.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM.
• Experience interpreting blueprints or performing material takeoffs.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
