Client Support Specialist

About the Role

Looply is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Client Support Specialist to support luxury business in Los Angeles. You will work closely with our field team and customers to make sure appointments, information, and follow-ups are handled accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate customer appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and day-to-day communication before and after in-home visits.
• Support our field team by preparing customer, appointment, and item information and ensuring they have what they need for each visit.
• Track customer cases and follow up on pending items, including appointment status, item handoffs, customer responses, and next steps.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide a professional, responsive experience throughout the buyback process.
• Coordinate unexpected situations such as cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or incomplete customer/item information, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and work closely with both our Los Angeles and teams in other regions to keep information and workflows organized.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, business support, retail, luxury, e-commerce, or a related role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer cases and follow-ups at the same time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with both customers and internal teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, calendars, CRM or other business systems; able to learn new tools quickly.
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities may change.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
