What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to customer or client questions related to residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations through approved phone, email, chat, or ticketing channels in the Client Support Specialist role at One New Creation.
• Maintain accurate account notes, contact information, service history, tasks, and next steps in the CRM as part of the Client Support Specialist role at One New Creation.
• Coordinate routine requests, status updates, deliverables, and follow-up across internal teams across moving, call-center, and logistics operations in this Client Support Specialist position.
• Monitor open items and service commitments and escalate delays, risks, or unresolved customer issues for the One New Creation team as part of Client Support Specialist work.
• Prepare account summaries, meeting notes, usage or service updates, and other customer-facing information while supporting moving, call-center, and logistics operations in the Client Support Specialist role at One New Creation.
• Identify recurring questions or service gaps and share them with the appropriate team for improvement as part of day-to-day Client Support Specialist responsibilities at One New Creation.
