CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction

Ensure proper documentation of the data is done.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Prepare reports on client feedback, recurring issues, and overall satisfaction levels.

Suggest improvements to processes and procedures based on client feedback and observations.
