Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and resolutions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Assist clients with account management tasks, including updates to personal information, order processing, and payment handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution for clients.
• Conduct outbound calls when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information from clients.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professionalism during all client interactions.

• Effective phone communication skills combined with good phone etiquette and outbound calling experience.
• Analytical skills for assessing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Experience in cash handling or transaction processing is a plus but not required.
