• Tax Season (January–May): 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Slack Season (June–December): 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate / Client Support Associate who will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating appointments, providing information about our services, and supporting client acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, communicative, and comfortable handling both online and phone-based inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Facebook Page, Messenger, phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, pricing, requirements, and procedures.
• Generate, identify, and qualify potential leads from online and phone inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings.
• Record, organize, and monitor customer inquiries, leads, and transactions.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with the appropriate department for complex issues.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Assist in achieving sales, lead generation, and client acquisition targets.
• Perform other related sales and client support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course; Business, Marketing, Communication, or related courses are an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, client support, or social media management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls, Facebook Messenger, and online customer inquiries.
• Familiar with Facebook Page management and basic computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in an office-based environment in San Pedro, Laguna.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
