To support our team in Budapest, we are looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist .

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Experience working with clients in an international environment
• Secondary education or higher
• Fluency in Hungarian and strong English communication skills
• Genuine interest in IT and technology
• Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Markit clients in Hungary
• Manage client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, ensuring high satisfaction
• Master our sales platform and back-office tools for efficient order administration and warranty processing
• Communicate with partners and clients to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support the sales team with global bid pricing and customer enrolments

• Salary range: 600,000 – 800,000 HUF Gross Monthly
