Client Support Specialist

Job Summary

Bright Sky Integrative Recovery is seeking a compassionate and organized individual who is able to support a variety of needs for our clients in Intensive Outpatient Care. The individual who takes this job is able to build rapport with clients quickly, work in a multidisciplinary team to support treatment and recovery, support the administrative process of client intake, the day-to-day admin support for treatment, and feel confident and comfortable running group and individual sessions for clients.

Position requirements for hire:

• Pass a background check
• Capacity to read, write and type
• Competence with Google documents and Google drive
• Competence with group speaking
• Competence with communication and de-escalation in mental health setting
• Organizational skills
• One year’s experience in mental health setting and/or recovery setting
• One year’s experience with mental health or recovery groups
• CADC-I or higher
• Capacity to participate in program onboarding which requires 1-3 hours of additional training to maintain compliance with accreditations

Position details:

Bright Sky Integrative Recovery is hiring for a CADC-I or higher to support the treatment of our clients during their time in Intensive Outpatient Treatment. Including:

• Scheduling and managing the initial intake screening
• Scheduling and following up on client appointments throughout treatment
• Managing the urinalysis process
• Attending and leading group as needed
• Performing assessments for SUD clients
• Providing individual sessions for SUD clients
• Supporting clinical team with other SUD-based clinical needs & care coordination
• Supporting with daily communication needs with program and clients
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the group space
• Supporting clients and families as throughout treatment process

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
