Client Support-Taxation Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve client queries, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop a strong understanding of Webtel’s software products and taxation-related solutions to provide accurate and effective client support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, product-related concerns, and service requests.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and effective service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 per month
