We are looking for an experienced Client Technical Support professional with strong technical troubleshooting and customer-facing skills. The role involves supporting enterprise customers, troubleshooting REST API and cloud-related issues, and ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to enterprise clients and resolve complex issues.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, Any ticketing tool's, Client onboarding ,API Integration.
• Manage customer queries and tickets within defined SLAs.
• Prioritize issues based on urgency and customer impact.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in client-facing technical support.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs Troubleshoot REST APIs, Any ticketing tool's, Client onboarding ,API Integration.
• Experience supporting enterprise/top-tier customers.
• Good understanding of SLA-based support and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Troubleshoot REST APIs, Any ticketing tool's, Client onboarding ,API Integration.

• Knowledge of JIRA, or similar tools.
