About Us

Custodio & Dubey LLP is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in Personal Injury and Habitability cases. We are looking for a highly organized, empathetic, and professional Client Updates Specialist to join our growing remote team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that clients feel informed, supported, and valued throughout their legal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing clients to provide updates regarding their cases.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and text messages.
• Review case information in Filevine to provide accurate updates.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they remain informed about the progress of their cases.
• Document all client communications, updates, and relevant information in Filevine.
• Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and other departments to obtain accurate case information.
• Identify and escalate urgent client concerns, complaints, or requests to the appropriate team members.
• Follow up on pending client requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and reassuring tone during all client interactions.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure client confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) – REQUIRED.
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, legal assistance, or call center operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and frustrated clients professionally.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM or case management software.
• Experience with Filevine is a plus.
• Previous experience working with a U.S. law firm, particularly in Personal Injury or Habitability, is highly preferred.
